Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SignalLenses marketing website at signallenses.com and the SignalLenses application at platform.signallenses.com (together, the "Services"), provided by SignalLenses ("SignalLenses", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement

If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

SignalLenses provides context-aware decision intelligence: deterministic analytics, evidence-graded investigations, a real-world context layer, cross-platform comparison, alerts, and an AI-assisted interpretation layer. Numeric findings are produced by deterministic computation; AI components interpret and describe already-computed results and are not a substitute for professional judgement.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

4. Plans, fees, and billing

• A Free plan provides the core individual deterministic decision-intelligence capabilities.
• The Pro plan is offered at $49 per month and adds AI-assisted interpretation, external context, and team collaboration, as described on our pricing section.
• Paid subscriptions renew for successive periods until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. Applicable taxes may apply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Services unlawfully; upload data you are not authorised to use; attempt to breach security or access another organisation's data; reverse engineer or disrupt the Services; or use the Services to build a competing product. You are responsible for the data you connect and for having the rights to use it.

6. Your data and content

As between you and SignalLenses, you retain all rights to the business data and content you connect or upload. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host and process that data to provide the Services on your instruction. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, and content we provide, are owned by SignalLenses or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Services.

8. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms and data sources you choose to connect. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. SignalLenses supports business decisions but does not guarantee any particular outcome; explanations are presented with an explicit evidentiary status and should be reviewed with appropriate judgement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalLenses will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Term and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of [Jurisdiction] will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms
